Crestwood Skating Club - Edmonton, Alberta

Coaches with an Edge

We have a number of coaches on our team, each bringing a unique perspective to our skating programs.

Head Instructors Sandy Dorfman (Powerskating), Roberta Gardeski (Basic Skating) and Sandy Weir-Steinbring (Learn-to-Skate) are NCCP (National Coaching Certificate Program) certified with more than 20 years of experience each. As well, they are certified in basic first aid.

Each program is structured such that coaches determine the needs of each child and place them at their level of ability. They are given instruction at that level and are encouraged to challenge themselves to attain higher skill levels.
