Mission Statement

The Crestwood Skating Club offers a complete range of skating classes, full of challenge and fun. Our club is a recreational skating club where our students learn solid basic skating skills, which enables skaters to advance to higher levels of skating. We work hard to ensure that our members have a pleasant and memorable experience.

History of Crestwood Skating Club

Crestwood Skating Club is a non-profit recreational skating club run by a volunteer executive and paid professionals. The club originated in 1977 and operated out of Crestwood Arena until 1988. In the fall of 1988 we moved to our present location of Callingwood Recreation Centre. We currently hold classes at Callingwood Recreation Centre, and Crestwood Arena.

The purpose of the club is to develop skating skills, promote fitness, enjoyment, and advancement of its members in order to encourage a life long interest in skating.
